MY EXPERIENCE:
O.P.I Revitalizer Oil comes in standard cardboard packaging. When you open the cardboard packaging, you will see a clear transparent pen. Here, you can easily see the product in the transparent packaging.
When you remove the plastic cap, you must rotate the retractable pen to disperse the product through the ends of the brush applicator.
